Information to prepare for your Poland company check

• Registered Polish name and legal form
• KRS number, if the entity is registered in KRS
• NIP or REGON reference, if supplied, plus the registered address

Include the identifiers you have. If the legal entity is uncertain, ask our team before ordering. Do not substitute your billing details for the subject company’s details.

Poland’s National Court Register

The Ministry of Justice provides KRS company searches through its register services. KRS information and the separate financial document repository serve related but distinct purposes. Start with the entity’s KRS number when available; do not treat a tax reference as though it were the same identifier.

Finding filed financial documents

The financial document browser uses a company’s KRS number to locate its deposited documents. A name-only request can therefore be less precise when you need accounts for a particular entity. Review the financial year and available documents; the existence of a registration record does not itself establish a payment history or complete ownership chain.

Checking a Polish subcontractor

A procurement team may negotiate with a sales office while a separately named entity makes the goods. Include the registered name from the supply agreement and any subcontractor details as context. If the supplier is not a KRS-registered company, explain its legal form before selecting the report subject.

What can the report include?

Depending on the company and available sources, a report may cover registration, ownership, financial statements, payment information, public records, and a credit assessment. Information is not equally available in every market. Check the company identity, source dates, and qualifications in the delivered report.

Can I send a Polish NIP without a KRS number?

Send the identifiers you have, labeled as they appear on the documents, together with the full name and address. A NIP and KRS number have different purposes; the investigator needs to identify the business before interpreting its records.
