Its guidance directs legal entities to the Unified State Register portal for extracts. The company record and a service for an individual entrepreneur should not be confused.

Former names and the extract date

Ukraine’s interregional justice authority explains that the name appearing in an extract can depend on the date requested, including where a company has changed its name. Supply previous names and the dates of older documents. This helps resolve apparent mismatches without assuming that different names always represent different entities.
