Slovenia business credit reports

Research a Slovenian company with its registered identity and reporting period clearly defined. A business credit report can bring available information together for a supplier, customer, or distribution review.

Information to prepare for your Slovenia company check

  • Registered Slovenian name and legal form
  • Company identification number and tax number, labeled separately
  • Registered address and relevant financial year, if known

Include the identifiers you have. If the legal entity is uncertain, ask our team before ordering. Do not substitute your billing details for the subject company’s details.

Annual reports through AJPES

AJPES publishes annual reports, including audited and consolidated reports where filed. Its JOLP search provides company-name, company-identification-number, tax-number, and year fields. These separate search fields help connect a financial document to the intended entity and reporting period.

Individual and consolidated accounts

AJPES describes several types of published annual reports. When reviewing a Slovenian company, check whether the document concerns the individual company or a consolidated group. Preserve the report’s title and year rather than treating every financial filing associated with a group name as interchangeable.

Tie the enquiry to the buyer on the invoice

If a Slovenian customer places orders through a subsidiary or central purchasing company, identify that business in the request. Supply another group company’s name only as context unless you want separate research. Explain any need for a specific accounting period before selecting the report option.

What can the report include?

Depending on the company and available sources, a report may cover registration, ownership, financial statements, payment information, public records, and a credit assessment. Information is not equally available in every market. Check the company identity, source dates, and qualifications in the delivered report.

Can I request research using a Slovenian tax number?

Include it with its label, the legal name, and the company identification number if available. AJPES uses separate fields for those numbers, so retaining the distinction helps match the right business and documents.
