Singapore business credit reports

Check a Singapore customer, trading company, or supplier using its registered identity. Compare available business credit report options, with US-dollar pricing and country-specific delivery estimates.

Information to prepare for your Singapore company check

  • Registered entity name
  • Unique Entity Number (UEN), including any previous UEN if relevant
  • Registered address and the website used by the counterparty

Include the identifiers you have. If the legal entity is uncertain, ask our team before ordering. Do not substitute your US billing details for the subject company’s details.

Search by UEN in Bizfile

ACRA’s Bizfile entity search accepts an entity name or Unique Entity Number. Its guidance describes using the search to check basic information, including live status and registered address, and to find a Business Profile.

A Business Profile and a credit report serve different requests

ACRA describes its Business Profile as an information product covering basic entity details, registration date, and people associated with the entity. If your US business needs a credit report, compare the report’s available financial, payment, and assessment information with the specific information you need.

Trading hubs can involve more than one company

A Singapore counterparty may arrange goods produced in another country. Specify the entity on your contract or invoice, and provide separate names for a manufacturer or related company if those are also relevant. The location of the goods alone does not determine the subject of the report.

What can the report include?

Depending on the company and available sources, a report may cover registration, ownership, financial statements, payment information, public records, and a credit assessment. Information is not equally available in every market. Check the company identity, source dates, and qualifications in the delivered report.

Should I order on the Singapore trader or the overseas manufacturer?

Identify which business is party to the transaction you are reviewing. If you need to research both the trader and the manufacturer, contact the team with both legal names and countries to discuss separate report subjects.
