ONRC registration and published acts

Romania’s National Trade Register Office operates the Electronic Trade Register Bulletin for legal publication of registration acts and information. It provides consultation of published articles and bulletins. Published corporate changes can be relevant when the company name or registration details in older paperwork differ from a current request.

Separate corporate notices from financial evidence

A registration announcement is not a financial statement or payment reference. Specify the company accounts, directors, or ownership relationships your team needs to understand. Check the financial periods and source limitations in the delivered report, and do not assume a notice of incorporation establishes ongoing trading activity or liquidity.

Verifying a Romanian service provider

If your business hires a Romanian development or manufacturing supplier, use the entity on the services agreement. A group website may also list another country’s company or a separate recruiting business. Include those relationships as context while keeping the intended Romanian report subject clearly identified.

What can the report include?

Depending on the company and available sources, a report may cover registration, ownership, financial statements, payment information, public records, and a credit assessment. Information is not equally available in every market. Check the company identity, source dates, and qualifications in the delivered report.

What if a Romanian company has changed its name?

Provide the previous and current names together with the trade register reference and CUI when available. This lets the investigator assess whether the documents concern one entity through time or different businesses.
