Peru business credit reports

Check a Peruvian customer, supplier, or distributor using its registered Spanish name. Give the investigator the tax and registry references you have so the company behind the transaction is clearly defined.

Information to prepare for your Peru company check

  • Registered Spanish name and legal form
  • RUC tax reference and SUNARP registry entry, if supplied
  • Registered address and relevant registry office

Include the identifiers you have. If the legal entity is uncertain, ask our team before ordering. Do not substitute your billing details for the subject company’s details.

SUNARP company information services

Peru’s SUNARP online services include a directory of legal persons and services for registry publicity and certificate verification. The directory and a particular registry certificate have different scopes. Include the registry entry or existing certificate with your request if it helps distinguish companies with similar names.

Specify financial and representation needs

A registry search supports company identification; it does not itself supply a complete credit assessment. If you need financial statements, directors, authorized representatives, or ownership details, state those requirements before ordering. Read the obtained documents with their dates and distinguish a representative’s role from ownership of the company.

Check the entity behind a Peruvian supply contract

For a buyer purchasing goods from Peru, the exporter and the producer may be different entities. For an equipment seller, the purchasing contractor may differ from the project owner. Identify your contract party and provide the other names as context instead of requesting a report on a project or brand alone.

What can the report include?

Depending on the company and available sources, a report may cover registration, ownership, financial statements, payment information, public records, and a credit assessment. Information is not equally available in every market. Check the company identity, source dates, and qualifications in the delivered report.

Does a Peruvian tax reference replace a SUNARP record?

Keep tax and registry references labeled separately. Send both when available, with the legal name and address, so the investigator can connect the company’s identity across the documents used for your review.
