Information to prepare for your Vietnam company check

• Registered Vietnamese name and any foreign-language name
• Enterprise registration code, if supplied
• Head-office address and any separate factory or branch address

Vietnam’s National Business Registration Portal

The national portal provides enterprise searches and registration information services. Its description of the registration system includes enterprise names and codes, legal form, status, legal representative, headquarters, and business lines. Keep the enterprise identity separate from a branch or production address when preparing your company check.

Legal representatives and financial availability

The registered legal representative is one role in the company; it does not by itself establish every shareholder or ultimate owner. A basic registration lookup also should not be treated as a full set of accounts. Ask about obtainable financial information and ownership detail, then review the source dates and limitations in the report.

Verify the company exporting your goods

For an importer sourcing furniture, garments, or components, a factory name on a website may differ from the exporter on the commercial invoice. Send both names and identify the contractual seller. Explain any separate manufacturing entity if supplier research needs to cover more than the exporting business.

What can the report include?

Depending on the company and available sources, a report may cover registration, ownership, financial statements, payment information, public records, and a credit assessment. Information is not equally available in every market. Check the company identity, source dates, and qualifications in the delivered report.

No. It supports company identification and registration research. A credit report addresses available business information; production capacity, product quality, and site conditions need their own checks if required by your procurement process.
